Below are the cancellation terms for the MeLuis apartment, which we kindly ask you to consider when making your reservation.

Adhering to these terms is necessary for smooth operation.

1. Cancellation periods:

• If the reservation is canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date, 80% of the paid amount will be refunded.
• If the cancellation is made 8-14 days before the arrival, 70% of the paid amount will be refunded.
• For cancellations within 7 days of arrival, we are unable to refund the paid amount, but we can offer an alternative date. The policy for this is covered under Point 2, Modifications: Booking Modification Rules.

2. Modifications:

• Reservations can be modified (dates, number of people) at least 7 days prior to arrival, depending on availability.
• In the case of a modification, the new prices and conditions for the new dates will apply.

3. Early departure:

If our guests leave before the reserved stay period ends, we are unable to refund the amount paid for the remaining days.

4. No-show:

If the guest does not show up on the reserved arrival date and does not inform us in advance, the reservation will be automatically canceled, and the full amount paid will be charged.

5. Exceptional circumstances:

In the case of natural disasters, epidemics, or other circumstances beyond the guest’s control, please contact us, and we will try to find a flexible solution.
